The Appraisal Institute is the world's leading organization of professional real estate appraisers.  To achieve a designation, the appraiser must pass required course tests and write a thesis paper demonstrating their understanding of the appraisal process.  The narrative appraisal report is reviewed for its content, both quality and accuracy of information.  Members must comply with a strict code of ethics and continuing education.

Ryan D. Azeltine was awarded the SRA designation in 2013 and is currently certified.

The Employee Relocation Council is devoted to serving the needs of the relocating employee and their employers.  Alan L. Pope was a member of the organization and held a CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation from 1997 until his passing in 2023.
